Job Description:

• •Oversee performance marketing campaigns, including mobile deliveries
• •Foster strategic partnerships with key affiliates to exceed revenue goals
• •Onboard new publishers and maintain existing relationships
• •Manage financial aspects of campaigns, including budgeting and reconciliation
• •Proficient in Mobile App Tracking tools and website analytics
• •Produce compelling marketing reports for internal review

Candidate Profile:

• •Minimum 2 years of experience in managing digital affiliate programs
• •Strong negotiation, analytical, and communication skills
• •Capacity to multitask, solve problems, and make decisions in a dynamic environment
• •Enthusiastic about affiliate marketing and data-driven decisions
• •Strong knowledge of analytics and data management tools
• •Minimum 1-3 years of experience in the Ad tech Affiliate industry
• •Knowledge of CPA, CPI, CPL, and CPS verticals
• •Well-connected with local and international affiliates
• •Proven track record of bringing value and business to the table
• •Able to lead and grow affiliate partnerships
