You'll help build valuable affiliate relationships, steer campaigns, and turn insight into commercial growth in a team where good ideas move quickly.
What you'll do
- Oversee performance marketing campaigns, including mobile deliveries
- Build strategic partnerships with affiliates to exceed revenue goals
- Onboard new publishers and grow existing relationships
- Manage campaign budgets, reconciliation, and financial performance
- Work fluently with mobile app tracking tools and web analytics
- Create clear, useful marketing reports for internal review
What you bring
- 2+ years managing digital affiliate programs
- Strong negotiation, analytical, and communication skills
- Confident decision-making in a fast-moving environment
- Deep interest in affiliate marketing and data-led growth
- Knowledge of CPA, CPI, CPL, and CPS business models
- An established network across local and international affiliates
- A track record of creating commercial value and growing partnerships
