What You'll Do

  • Oversee performance marketing campaigns, including mobile deliveries

  • Onboard new publishers and grow existing relationships
  • Manage campaign budgets, reconciliation, and financial performance
  • Work fluently with mobile app tracking tools and web analytics
  • Create clear, useful marketing reports for internal review

  • 2+ years managing digital affiliate programs
  • Strong negotiation, analytical, and communication skills
  • Confident decision-making in a fast-moving environment
  • Deep interest in affiliate marketing and data-led growth
  • Knowledge of CPA, CPI, CPL, and CPS business models
  • An established network across local and international affiliates
  • A track record of creating commercial value and growing partnerships
